Identity of the service provider
Esteve Martín Mauri, holder of Spanish tax identification number (NIF) 47962153T and with registered address at Carrer de Folgueroles 17-25 Esc. 3 2º 2ª, 08022, Barcelona (Spain), acts as the party responsible for and provider of the service offered at www.BYDEO. Contact email: contact@bydeo.com.
Purpose of the contract
These terms govern the contracting of the services provided through the BYDEO platform, which allow videos to be generated using artificial intelligence, by means of a subscription system or the purchase of credits.
Service options
There are two options: a monthly subscription with access to features and monthly credits, and the purchase of additional credit packs. Both services are digital and accessible immediately after payment.
Purchase process
The user must register and select the desired plan. Payment is made through Stripe. Once payment has been confirmed, the contracted service is activated. The user will receive a confirmation email.
Prices and taxes
Prices include the applicable taxes according to the user's country of residence. Prices may vary; the applicable price is the one displayed at the time of purchase.
Right of withdrawal
As this is digital content supplied with the user's prior consent, the user acknowledges that they lose their right of withdrawal once use of the service has begun (Article 103(m) of Real Decreto Legislativo 1/2007, the Spanish Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 approving the consolidated text of the General Law for the Protection of Consumers and Users).
Invoicing
The user will automatically receive an electronic invoice for each transaction made. The user may request duplicates or view their invoices from their user account or by writing to contact@bydeo.com.
Term and cancellation
Subscriptions renew automatically on a monthly or annual basis until the user cancels them from their account or by writing to the email address indicated. Credit packs do not expire, unless otherwise indicated.
Liability
The provider accepts no liability for misuse of the service by the user, nor for errors caused by third-party services integrated into the platform. Liability is limited to the amount paid in the last month.
Complaints and dispute resolution
Any complaint may be sent to contact@bydeo.com. In the event of a dispute, the parties submit to the courts of Barcelona, unless the regulations provide otherwise.
