Terms of Service
Last updated: August 29, 2026
Acceptance of the terms
By accessing and using BYDEO, you accept these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with them, you must not use the platform.
Amendments
We may amend these terms at any time. If the changes are substantial, we will notify you by reasonable means. Continued use of the service after the changes have been published implies your acceptance of them.
Access and registration
To use BYDEO you must register with an email address or through third-party services. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activities carried out with your account.
Use of the service
BYDEO allows you to generate videos using artificial intelligence. You undertake not to use the service for unlawful purposes, nor to generate content that is prohibited or inappropriate under the law and these terms.
Usage restrictions
The following is prohibited: (a) using the service to infringe the rights of third parties; (b) attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems; (c) using automated scripts without consent; (d) altering the operation of the service.
Intellectual property
All the software and the platform are the property of Esteve Martín Mauri. The videos generated by the user are the user's property, provided that they comply with the terms of service and the laws in force.
Third-party integrations
BYDEO uses third-party services to generate content. The user accepts the limits and conditions imposed by those providers.
Publishing on YouTube
BYDEO offers the optional possibility of connecting a YouTube channel in order to publish on it the videos generated. This feature uses YouTube API Services.
By connecting your channel you agree to the YouTube API Services Terms of Service (https://www.youtube.com/t/terms) and to the Google Privacy Policy (https://policies.google.com/privacy), in addition to these terms. You remain responsible for ensuring that the content you publish complies with YouTube's Community Guidelines and Terms of Service.
BYDEO requests the minimum permissions required for this feature: reading your channel's public data in order to identify it, and uploading videos and thumbnails when you instruct it to. You can disconnect the channel from the application at any time, or revoke access at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions. Details of what data we process and for how long are set out in the Privacy Policy.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or delete your account if we detect abusive or fraudulent use, or use contrary to these terms. You may also cancel your account at any time from your profile or by writing to contact@bydeo.com.
When you delete your account, we deactivate access and stop processing your data to provide you with the service, but we keep the deactivated account for a period of time in case you wish to recover it, and in order to meet the legal retention obligations that apply to us. The credentials of your Google account, however, are revoked and deleted immediately and permanently: if you recover your account, you will have to connect your YouTube channel again. You can request complete deletion by writing to contact@bydeo.com.
Limitation of liability
We do not guarantee the continuous availability of the service. We are not liable for direct or indirect damages arising from the use of the software, except in the cases required by law.
Jurisdiction and governing law
These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute shall be submitted to the courts and tribunals of Barcelona, unless the law provides otherwise.
